This standard also applies to activities associated with well servicing, equipment repair/maintenance, and inspection activities.

ISO 14001 represents a serious of requirements and procedural requirements for an environmental management system (EMS). This system integrates procedures and processes for training of personnel, monitoring, summarizing, and reporting of specialized environmental performance information to internal and external stakeholders of a firm. Two main components of this standard include compliance and reduction of waste with regards to government guidelines, laws, and ordinances.
